Vanessa and Chip - Sacred Heart Catholic Church/ Tremont Ballroom

On Saturday we had the pleasure of photographing Vanessa and Chip’s beautiful wedding at Galveston’s Sacred Heart Catholic Church. An awesome reception followed at the Tremont Ballroom with music provided by Tejano band AVIZO.

These are just a handful of images to show what a beautiful wedding it was. There are hundreds and hundreds of images from the wedding day. All of our images are provided to our clients on a full-resolution DVD disc with a print release. This is just a sneak preview.

The crystal flowers in Vanessa’s bouquet are from her Mother’s own bridal bouquet from her wedding.

Jeremy & Maria - Wedding at Brenner’s Steakhouse

This past Sunday I had the pleasure of photographing Jeremy and Maria’s wedding at Brenner’s Steakhouse. Here are just some of my favorite images from the wedding of one of the nicest couples ever.

Maria and Jeremy.

This is Maria’s adorable little daughter, Amanda.

Here comes Maria down the aisle.

Definitely a happy groom.

Maria’s Dad walked her the rest of the way.

Jeremy and his brother, Brian, and his mom, Dorothy.

Jeremy never took his eyes off Maria the entire time. That’s nice.

I don’t like to “re-stage” important moments like this. This is the real thing.

I like my images sharp and in focus. But, I also like to add filters to some of my images to help create a different feel. A blend of both styles is good, I think.

Everyone was given a butterfly to release after the candle lighting.

Maria’s nieces served as Bridesmaids.

I couldn’t decide which I liked better, the color or the sepia-tinted. So, I’m including both!

I think Maria’s Dad wanted to leave with them!

Sherihan and Mohamad - Engagement Party at Sweetwater Country Club

On Sunday I photographed Sheri and Mohamad’s beautiful engagement party at Sweetwater Country Club. You may remember them from a recent previous post when we took e-photos at The Wortham Center downtown. Sheri made all of the table settings and decorations herself! Don’t they look amazing?

Mary and Robert’s Wedding at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center

Here are just a handful of pictures from Jennifer and Anthony’s April 24th ceremony at St. John Lutheran Church in Cypress. Jenny and Anthony are such a nice couple. It was a pleasure to photograph their wedding day. I’m sorry to report that this lovely little church will soon be replaced by a large, modern sanctuary. I’m happy that the congregation is growing of course, but I like these older little churches. Lots of good memories.

I’m excited to announce that of all the weddings that took place at the Resort this past year, our images from Valerie and Ryan’s wedding on August 22, 2009 were chosen for the 2010 Woodlands Resort and Conference Center’s Wedding Brochure! Thanks to Val and Ryan for being a great couple, and thanks to my wonderful assistant Meg Hamlett for helping me to create these images.
