Today’s post includes several collages of decorations from some recent weddings. I like to take a lot of images of these details because I know brides spend a lot of time choosing colors, styles, favors, etc. People are the most important subjects at weddings, of course, but why not get these too while I’m there?

Emily and Robert were married on Saturday, July 2nd at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in The Woodlands. What a wonderful wedding it was! Here are just a handful of images so you can see how nice everything was. You’ll have to visit with me in person to see all of the hundreds of beautiful images from this wedding.

Can’t decide if I like the color version or the sepia version better, so here are both.

We took these beautiful images on the way from the church to the reception at The Woodlands Country Club.

It’s… another antique car!

Megan and Derek were married June 12 in League City. Here are just a handful of images from their beautiful wedding day!
New Beginnings Church

Beautiful Megan and her bouquet of flowers.

Here is Derek just before the ceremony.

We specialize in lots of candid, natural images. But of course we also take formal group shots after the ceremony.

A long, long time ago, the Tad Akers facility used to be a post office. They still have a display of antique postal boxes as decoration. I thought it would be fun to use one of the postal boxes with 612 on it (June 12) as a background for some of the ring shots. Of course, there was no box 612. But there was a box 412, and a box 106. So, a couple of extra pictures and a little Photoshop trickeration, and there you go!

Amber and Alan were married on June 4th at two of my favorite locations. The UH Chapel and the downtown Aquarium. Be sure to check out the picture below from a cart atop the ferris wheel. That’s a location we won’t soon forget!

Beautiful Amber under one of the archways at the chapel.

Taken high above the city in one of the carts atop the ferris wheel! Woo-hoo! Talk about a great location. You should visit with me to see more of this fun reception!

Sara and Neil were married on May 14th at the beautiful Parador. Following the reception, I went with them to the Zaza (where they were staying) for some more nice images.
It all began with a wonderful rehearsal dinner at Treebeards downtown.

Beautiful Sara with her Dad.

Well, at least the sun knew who to shine on!

Look how nice the decor was!

Everybody loves a Candy Bar

It just didn’t seem right to cut into that awesome Auburn Tigers cake… (oh, but we did!)

To the Zaza…

Come visit with me to see all of the hundreds of beautiful images from Sara and Neil’s wedding, plus any of the other weddings from this year.
The band <brotherhood> blew away the crowd at Ashley and Tim’s wedding this past Saturday at The Houstonian. Here are a handful of images. You should check them out.

Karina and Paul were married on April 23 in a lovely ceremony in the outdoor courtyard at The Courtyard on St. James Place. Here are just a handful of images so you can see how nice everything was.

Do you like Black and White, or Color?

What a beautiful atmosphere!

Rhonda and Jay were married at the Westlake Club in a beautiful outdoor ceremony on April 16th. Here are just a handful of images so you can see how nice everything was.

Still working on other images, but here is a fun image of Karina and Paul’s rings from last night.

Heather and Kevin were married on Saturday, March 12th, at Sugar Land Baptist Church, followed by a fun reception at Safari, Texas. Here are just a few of the images from their wedding day. Everyone is welcome to visit with me to see ALL of the beautiful images from our weddings.

No peeking!

I can’t decide which I prefer - the color image or the sepia tone. So, here are both.
